Will AIL really show me the money?

The renewal system works like this:

Every time you make a sale, or as a Manager, one of your Producers makes a sale, a percentage of the premium paid on the policy each month is credited to you. After you make the initial sale, you will receive this renewal, based on the vesting provisions of the contract, month in and month out as long as the policyholder continues to pay their premium. With every sale your monthly renewals will increase!

What do I wear to my AIL interview?

Dress professionally (business attire).

What should I bring to an interview?

A great attitude and at least two copies of your resume.

 

What sort of questions can I expect during the interview?

Questions will be based on your past work experience, career objectives, and work ethic. You should plan on spending one to two hours with us on the day of your interview.

 

Who will interview me?

Someone on the local State General Agent Management Team will conduct the interview.

 

How should I prepare for an interview?

Review your resume, and come up with questions for the interviewer. Make sure you are on time.
