My name is Imran Satti, and I'm a State General Agent in Nova Scotia, Canada. I've been with the company for 11 years and worked as a State General Agent for almost 6 years. I truly believe that as well as that people need to believe that the harder they work, the more opportunities they have. We can teach them how to be successful and how to go into sales and management. All they have to bring is their desire to work hard, commitment, and consistency. As long as they have those, they can be very successful in this organization. Whether they want to carry on in contracts or go up into management, whatever career path they choose, they can be very successful as long as they put their head to it and do the hard work.
