In this privacy policy, “personal information” refers to any information which could be used alone or in combination with other information to identify, directly or indirectly, an individual, such as personal identifiers including your name, alias, postal address, telephone number, email address, Social Security number/Social Insurance Number, and/or similar identifiers; professional or agent-related information; financial information; educational information; other background checks information; device information for authentication and/or fraud detection, including internet protocol address and any other information you may provide to us when you interact with us from time to time. By submitting your contact information on web forms or on applications, you opt-in to being contacted by us via email, phone call, and/or SMS messaging. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving email communications from us you may do so by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any electronic communication or by contacting the sender directly. If you wish to opt-out of SMS messaging, please reply STOP at any time to opt-out of SMS messaging. We may use or disclose your personal information for purposes of evaluating your application as candidate, performing background checks in accordance with statutory requirements, contracting with you, compensation, managing our professional relationship, and fulfilling other legal or contractual obligations. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who provide us with assistance or support with respect to your application, your recruitment or our professional relationship. We may share the personal information of former insurance agents to third parties for debit-balance screenings in connection with insurance industry standard practices.
We do not sell the personal information of current, prospective, or former insurance agents. Mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties for purposes of marketing our insurance products to you.
